How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

Choose a round of TriPeaks Solitaire and settle into its rules. Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move. Identify the playing area and the controls you need. Keep the game area visible while you use its controls.

Three-peak covered layout with a single-pass draw stock. Free solo play, no wagering.

A useful comparison

Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board. Keep the objective visible.

Your goal

Remove all three peaks from the tableau. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Keep the controls in easy reach.

Step by step

  1. Take an exposed card one rank above or below the waste top. Ace and king connect in this edition.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Controls

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Use the control method described here for this activity. Return to the rules if the result is unexpected.

A useful example

Waste 7 accepts exposed 6 or 8. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Consider the next action carefully.

Watch out for this

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board.
